You have a small time frame to build dense muscle and condition yourself into a healthy lifestyle. Do not spend all of your free time binging on Netflix! Hit the Gym. Go for a bike ride!
2. Maintain A Healthy Diet
Your workouts are going to waste if you’re not refueling properly. Steer clear of fad diets and stick to the essentials. Whole fruits, vegetables and lean cut meats. If it’s made in a factory, it’s probably not good for you.
Stay-Cations are great! But… Go see the world! Rent an RV and see a national park. Backpack in South America. Make it a goal to see an Ancient City! You don’t always need to sit on a beach with a margarita. Have an Adventure!
4. Grow Your Career
We spend half of our waking lives at work. Search for a career path that aligns with your values. Don’t settle for a career in an industry you despise just because it pays the bills.
5. Cut Loose Ends
Don’t hold on to people that are filled with negativity. These people will hold you back. Move on!
